We have a tradition every summer that Robby caught from his Mom.
For years she has grown green Anaheim Chile's, roasted them, peeled them, and made authentic Chile Rellenos. For the past two summers we have done the same thing.
On Saturday, it was that time of year again. The time when I relinquish control of the kitchen and let Rob roast some Rellenos. After his master pieces are complete we top them off with home made enchilada sauce (also his moms recipe), and stuff our faces. It's Awesome!

There's nothing like homeade food that tastes really good! You can't help but stuff your face when it's home grown too! Robby did a good job...looking at those pics made my mouth water...I want one! ;)
