Every year we sit down with our boys and write letters to Santa. We usually address them to: Mr. Santa Claus
#1 Christmas Village
North Pole
There is never any need to apply postage to the letters, we just depend on the Magic of St. Nick get them to the North Pole safely. Then we just put the letters in the mail box for the Post man to take. Every year he takes them and they must make it way up North on magic alone, because we never get the letters returned.
Yesterday I went out to get the mail and there was a post marked letter addressed to, Tate Crockett. The return address was marked: Santa, North Pole. I very carefully opened the letter to take a peek. It was a letter from the Jolly Old man himself. To summarize, it said:
"Thank you for your letter. ....I'm getting ready for Christmas and can't wait to visit all the little boys and girls just like you.... Mrs. Claus is mending my red suit so it looks perfect for the big night.... Be good and polite. Love, Santa Claus"
I may just be too emotional, but when I finished reading the letter I was a little choked up and had goose bumps.
I BELIEVE!!! THANK YOU SANTA CLAUS!
Merry Christmas!!

That's really cool. I wonder who sent it? True Christmas magic.
Wow, What a special event to bring on the spirit of Christmas. Someone is bringing joy to the children who write to Santa.
I believe too!
